Surreal Ad
Camera work:
The camera work is mostly close ups on the gorilla's face as well as medium shots to show his body launguage before he plays the drums. It does a paramaric around him showing he is ready to play the drums.
Sound:
The sound work on this is a fait playing of the main song before the gorilla starts playing the drums on the shot. This creats emphasis and build up on the drop of the music to create more meaning and existes the viewer and makes them remeber the advert.
Editing:
The whole video is made to look like its been took in 1 shot and mostly focused on the sounds and the close ups.
Mise-on-scene
The ad is set in a recording room where the drum set is so it links in together. The only probs are the drum set. The only reason why the advert is surreal is becuase of the gorilla playing the drums which is unuseual because you dont really see that everyday.
